Red, White, Blue & Leopard

So I may be about a month early, but here's an edgy take on a Fourth of July fashionable, but casual look. I chose to color-block these hues being that the two main colors are primary. You want to be careful when choosing such bold colors when their in prints, so your outfit doesn't come off as offensive, or that you look like you were playing in your grandmother's closet.... (unless it's House of Holland... then by all means, wear it until the stitching comes out!) Words for the wise, and less fashion forward: When in doubt, color-block; it's an easy way to look fashion forward, without having to over think your outfit. Lastly, aren't these shoes darling! I found them in a little shoe boutique off of Royal Street. So, ya'll know I'm into details. First and foremost, I love that these FEEL like true animal fur; they are actually made with genuine calf fur. Secondly, the gold toe, heel, and shoe lace are EVERYTHING. These shoes are by Ted Baker. Alright loves, that's enough for the day. Happy shopping! -xoxo
