Miss T's Kitchen: Jamaican Cuisine

If you are ever in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, you have to stop at Miss. T's Kitchen! During my vacation there, I wanted to go off the resort and try authentic cuisine, so I asked around and this was by far an amazing experience!

As you can tell by the decor, this was a very modern and eclectic Jamacian restaurant. Most, in Ocho Rios, we're small huts off the side of the road, or in a strip mall, but Miss T's is a stand alone restaurant hidden among souvenir and Internet cafe lounges. Housing both indoor and outdoor seating, Miss. T allows for diners to bask in Jamaica's gorgeous weather. The food was affordable and richly seasoned with peppers, all spice and traditional Jamacian curry. Below is a picture of my dish, curry goat, red beans and rice and lastly, mixed veggies! Ya mon!
