So today is the day that Target sent fashionistas all over into a frenzy about 3.1 Phillip Lim launching an affordable collection at the store. The collection, which is full of fall essentials such as fun skirts and sweatshirts, is budget friendly yet fashion forward. The designer just recently launched his Spring 2014 RTW collection during NewYork Fashion. Check out a few pieces from the Target collection below.
